InstaPundit has been making much of what he interprets as attempts by the Kerry campaign and the DNC to use intimidation to suppress free speech. Not so. Kerry isn't trying to intimidate; he is just being true to his Euroweenie self. Does he respond like an adult? No, he goes off and hides behind his lawyer's skirts and stomps his foot, whining that people are not being nice to him.
