Why is this such a surprise to a world where Pizza parlor bombs in Israel target families, where buses in Israel are bombed carrying families and children to school? Where the United States is criticized for trying to eliminate the source of Islamofacism?

It was a scene of almost unimaginable chaos. It is clear terrorism has reached new, appalling depths in which children are legitimate targets. Boys and girls were callously struck down to create maximum publicity for a cause they were too young to understand.

All terrorism is appalling and intolerable because it targets innocents. And whether it is in Israel, Russia, the U.S., Spain, Italy, France, Germany or whatever country, it is evil.
