Good News is hard to find in Zimbabwe

Only a diehard Unicef spokeswoman could find this good news.
President Robert Mugabe's regime, which has overseen the destruction of Zimbabwe's once vibrant health sector, has introduced ox-drawn ambulances to ferry people to hospitals.

The service was launched in Seke, about 18 miles south-east of the capital, Harare. Ambulances are a luxury at state hospitals and clinics in Zimbabwe, and frequent fuel shortages and problems with spare parts have compounded the problem.
Unicef helped fund the ox-drawn ambulances that could "help reduce Zimbabwe's high maternal death rate."

Yeah. The lack of ambulances is the problem. Not the Marxist nutcase who runs the country.
