Time-Warner Woes
Between layoffs at Time, Inc., including Top Executives, the Warner t.v. operation laying off 300, and the Atlanta Braves up for sale, you might just conclude that Time-Warner is having, ah, financial problems.

I think all companies are having financial woes presently...can't think of a company where the stock hasn't fallen significantly because of economic hardship. With that said, Time, Inc. may be restructuring some, but the rest of the company truly remains solid and is not undergoing any layoffs.
