Tuesday's attack was FARC's bloodiest since Feb. 14, 2003, when rebels wired a house in the southern city of Neiva with explosives and detonated it as police entered, killing 17 people, including nine police officers.
What the media does not tell you is that most of the victims of FARC have been civilians, just as the victims in Iraq have largely been civilian, just as the victims in Israel have largely been civilian.
